Shipping policy

We are happy to deliver your ordered goods – under very favourable conditions.

  1. Prices listed for individual goods or services are inclusive of value added tax (VAT). Prices do not include packaging, shipping, postage and other transport costs, the amount of which depends on the chosen method and place of delivery (see article 7).
  2. If the goods are delivered via a courier service as a parcel, the customer is required to also pay packaging and delivery costs of €8.
  3. The assembly service cannot be ordered for goods with free delivery under "Exclusively Online".
  4. Delivery of goods is made to the first entrance door. The customer is required, when placing an order and upon delivery, to notify the seller of any existing obstacles that may prevent smooth access and passage for delivery to the first door.
