Refund policy

Every customer has the legal right to return or exchange goods without giving a reason within 30 calendar days of receiving their online purchase from our e-shop.

The refund for the returned item will be processed within 14 calendar days of the parcel being received back at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with us.
